General description:
The hotel Amira Luxury Resort and Spa (adults only) is situated directly by a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The town Rethymno Town is around 6 km away (Heraklion around 75 km, Chania around 65 km). You can find a food store and other shopping facilities approx. 500 m away. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 200 m away), a bus stop (approx. 100 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 6 km away.

The 2-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and 6 adjoining buildings, and has 172 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a kiosk, a mini market, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.
