The residence Hipark opened since December 2010 is located near the Acropolis convention center and 10 minutes walk from the old city. Nice Côte d`Azur International Airport is only a short drive from the hotel (9km 15 minutes). The city is very accessible by public transport too.
Hotel facilities include 24h reception, breakfast room, elevator/lift, concierge service, luggage service, automatic laundry, a bicycle area and a car park (with extra charge), swimming pool with patio, fitness and sauna facilities, conference room, business corner and Wi-Fi.

All rooms are equipped with kitchenette (dishwasher, kettle, vitro ceramic hotplates, oven/grill and microwave oven), bathroom with hairdryer, Internet connection, TV, safe and A/C - central heating.

**Stays from 7 night or more:
- Beds made up for arrival & towels provided.
- Beds are not made up each day.
- Cleaning once per week (except Kitchen).
- Linen & towels changed once per week.
